The project is to design a website to showcase their estates, streamline customer inquiries, and create a seamless platform where potential buyers can explore properties, understand the company’s vision, and confidently take action, whether booking an inspection or contacting sales.
The Approach
I adopted a strategic end-to-end approach combining real-estate-focused design, user experience planning, and modern web development. I established a clear, intuitive architecture that guides users effortlessly through the platform. This included organizing all property categories, from homes for sale to serviced plots and major housing projects, into a streamlined browsing experience. The result is a well-structured, easy-to-navigate website that helps users quickly find the information they need and take meaningful actions.
